Your perspective is outrageous. We currently represent a Republican legislator who is being prosecuted both locally and federally for a similar charge. The government is offering one year incarceration. Federal prisons have many inmates convicted of firearms possession charges. Our own local papers often document people arrested on firearms possession charges.
