Two arrested for cocaine trafficking

Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Detectives arrested two Summerland Key, Florida residents Monday and charged each with trafficking cocaine:

  • Jose Manuel Carillo Vergel, 35
  • Minerva Quintero, 49

They each were in joint possession of a kilogram of cocaine.
