Sanctuary seminars to examine Hurricane Irma’s impacts, Cuban chugs

Hurricane Irma’s impact on the Florida Keys will be the topic of Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary’s annual Tuesday night lecture series, January 23 through February 27, at the Eco-Discovery Center in Key West. A partnership with Florida Keys Community College, the public is invited to attend the lectures. For more information, visit floridakeys.noaa.gov.

Registration for the lectures is available at Florida Keys Community College or by email at [email protected]. A photo ID is required, and there is a $20 tuition fee for course CRN 21126 that covers all six evenings of the series.
