MONROE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE VIA BLACKBOARD LEARNING

KEY WEST, Fla. – Monroe County Schools launched a new website on Friday afternoon, ahead of the district’s Winter Break. The improved website offers a new layout and look for the district and its stakeholders. Along with the launch of a new website, users will be able to access an updated employee applicant system, and a school board meeting portal that houses past board meeting videos, agendas, and minutes.

Superintendent Mark Porter said he is excited to continue to offer a user-friendly experience with a different look and feel to the MCSD community. “This new website layout offers more flexibility, accessibility, and options for engaging our community. We are looking forward to receiving feedback as we work to make the site as user-friendly as possible.”

Monroe County School website users can still access the district site at www.keysschools.com. District officials expect to continue work on the site through the break scheduled for students from December 25th, 2017 until students return to school on January 8th, 2018. Monroe County School web users with questions or comments related to the new site, email [email protected].
