The Guidance/Care Center is using our federal COVID grant funds to provide a free monthly training on mental health and suicide prevention. This informative one-hour webinar is to help anyone in our community learn practical information about mental health, the impact of COVID, and what you can do to prevent suicide. The targeted audience is any Monroe County Resident who wants to learn more about mental health and how they can support those in need. This webinar will be offered during lunchtime on Friday, August 13, 2021 OR Thursday, Sept 30, 2021 from 12:30-1:30pm
The presentation will be given by our Regional Vice President Maureen Dunleavy, LMHC who has lived and worked in The Keys for many years. She understands the challenges of our locals and targets this population. How to sign up is on the flyer.
