During the April meeting, the Key West City Commission honored Joy Nulisch for her service on the Parks and Recreation Board.

“Joy never hesitates to give of herself to this community,” said Commissioner Monica Haskell. “Whether it’s as the voice of Conch Baseball or serving on this board. She was an excellent board member and chair. I’m sure she’ll continue serving the community behind the scenes and bringing joy to Key West.”
