Fantasy Fest is canceled

As we move into October, residents and visitors are reminded that, as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, Fantasy Fest is canceled.

The City of Key West wants to encourage the community and our visitors to enjoy this festive time of year, within the restrictions dictated by CDC guidelines, including masking up, social distancing and handwashing.

With Fantasy Fest canceled, this is a reminder that there will be no parade. There will be no Fantasy Zone, no nudity and no body painting. Local businesses will be operating at reduced capacity, in accordance with local directives.

Key West and Monroe County have kept the Covid numbers relatively low. The City wants to remind the community that building back our economy is essential, and it must be done safely.
