Dennis McCaughey Plays the Hog’s Breath Saloon
 
Dennis McCaughey, lead vocals, rhythm guitar and harmonica for the trop-rock band Tropical Soul, will play the Hog’s Breath Saloon, Jan. 1 – 7 5:30-9:30 p.m.
 
McCaughey will play solo at the Hog’s mid-shift gig.
 
He formed Tropical Soul twelve years ago, and prior to that, has been a member of the duos, Double Play and Jigsaw and his resume also includes a solo career that lasted several years. He has released four CDs, Days like These, , Tropical Soul, No Plans At All, and a live recording, We’re All Here, Come Hell or High Water.

Miles Mancuso Band at the Hog’s Breath Saloon
 
The Miles Mancuso Band plays the Hog’s Breath Saloon’s outdoor stage, Jan, 1 – 7, 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
 Myles Mancusco is a nationally recognized prodigy who fronts his own band, singing, playing guitar and keyboards. He is considered one of the top 10 guitar prodigies in the world. He has been performing professional since the age of 10.
 
Mancusco has performed at some of New York City’s top bars: BB Kings in Time Square, the Cutting Room, the Bitter End and others
 
He has been nominated for an Emmy in 2012 and won a Cable Telly Award.
Mancuso’s show has been described as a Rockin’-Rhythm-and-Blues event. And also its been called a updated funk/rock twist on traditional American sound.
 
Mancuso’s recently released CD is “Truth.”
