It was discovered that Guerra was writing fraudulent checks on behalf of the business to a cleaning business she owned.

The checks totaled $13,277.

Warrants were issued for her arrest.

Guerra was booked into jail on Wednesday.

Man arrested for drugs and resisting arrest

A 37-year-old Clearwater, Florida man seen attempting to take a paddleboard from a Sugarloaf Key RV park was arrested on drug charges Wednesday.

Ryan Todd Love was charged with possession of methamphetamine and resisting arrest.

Deputies Ty Torres and Jennifer Ketcham responded to Lazy Lakes RV Resort at approximately 11:15 a.m. regarding a suspicious person.

The property manager stated the suspect, later identified as Love, attempted to remove a paddleboard and other items from a campsite without permission. The manager stated the suspect left without the items in a vehicle with no hood.

The vehicle was stopped shortly thereafter on Johnson Road by Deputy Torres. The vehicle was covered in red, white and blue spray-painted, random words.

Love stated he initially stopped to wash off the writing on his vehicle.  Love stated it was a safety concern given the blimp tethered off Blimp Road and jets overhead were attempting to read what was written on his vehicle.

Love began tensing up and pulling away when Deputies attempted to detain him.

A plastic bag containing 3.5 grams of methamphetamine was found in his pants pocket.

Love was taken to jail.
