Two of Cups Trio-@ Little Room- Thurs. 16th, 8:30 & @ the Porch- Thurs. June 23rd@8pm

Appearing this thursday, June 16th @ the Little Room (821 Duval) from 8:30, & the following thursday, 23rd, @the Porch, from 8pm, is the TWO OF CUPS TRIO, featuring the sultry, jazz stylings of vocalist Claire Caplan, the archtop guitar artistry of Ben Osborne, & skippo, swinging those drums. Drawing inspiration from the ‘grande dames’ of classic jazz vocalists, (Ella, Billie, Carmen, Sarah, Nina,  etc.),  they can also stray into the soul grooves of contemporary icons, like Amy Winehouse, James Brown, Al Green, Ruby & the Romantics, etc. Catch this new emerging musical force in town, the next two thursdays of June, & also, they will be the featured season closer, (*with 2! guest visiting horn virtuosos!), at the Gardens Hotel on Sunday June 26th.
