Two arrested on gun charges  

A man and woman — both convicted felons — were arrested Tuesday after a handgun was found at their residence.

Ronnell Oshay Brown, 33, and, Ashley Mechelle Roberts, 35, both of Rockland Key, were both charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

The Sheriff’s Office found a .32-caliber handgun during a search of a residence on Betty Rose Drive.

Roberts has a criminal history that includes grant theft and aggravated stalking and Brown has a history of drug-related crimes.
