The Marker Waterfront Resort Celebrates Top Gun Anniversary

In honor of the 30th anniversary of Top Gun, and also in celebration of Memorial Day weekend, the Marker Waterfront Resort Key West will feature a special poolside screening of everyone’s favorite bromance story – Top Gun. On Thursday, May 26, both guests and locals can feel the need for speed while relaxing poolside at the newly-built Old Town Key West resort. The Marker’s poolside bar, Cero Bodega, will be serving up specialty themed cocktails including the Maverick Margarita, featuring mango tequila and Grand Mariner as well as the Goose on Iceman, a refreshing summer cocktail with lemon vodka and ginger lemon beer served over watermelon ice cubes. Appetizers will also be available for purchase from Cero Bodega.

Marker Movies will continue through summer with a special Ghostbusters screening on Thursday, June 30, 2016 in celebration of the remake featuring a female cast which hits national theaters on July 15, 2016. All screenings begin at 8:30 p.m.
