Monroe County is one of the five counties served by the South Florida Cultural Consortium, so Florida Keys visual and media artists are eligible to apply for awards of $7,500 and $15,000. These grants are among the largest given to individual artists in the country, and recipients take part in a regional exhibition. Attendance at one online workshop (July 22, August 4, or August 22) is required to apply. Applications are open now through September 14, 2026.
