Sexual Predator notification
As required by Florida law, the Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public of a sexual predator living in Monroe County, Florida.
Charles Frances Mattley Sr., 59, has registered a temporary local address as 82109 Old Highway, Islamorada, Florida, 33036.
Mattley was convicted in 2009 in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
