School south of Marathon Closed Tuesday

Monroe County School District will close all schools and offices from Marathon south to include Marathon Middle High School, Stanley Switlik School, Sugarloaf School, Gerald Adams Elementary, Key West High School, Horace O’Bryant School, Poinciana Elementary School and the offices at those schools. District administration and all district level services and operations will remain open. All employees are advised to keep a close eye on the weather especially in the morning and take appropriate precautions if encountering severe weather.
