Key West is One of 600+ Other Actions Happening Across the US
Key West, FL– On Saturday, October 2nd, at 12:00 p.m. people across Monroe County will take to the streets in a march to demand an end to the dangerous, escalating attacks on reproductive rights and freedoms in this country.
The action in Key West was organized by Kathryn Norris of FL Keys Indivisibles as part of the national day of action which will feature more than 600+ events in all fifty states.

The actions in Key West come as the Supreme Court is set to begin oral arguments on
October 4t in case that will determine the future of abortion rights for all Americans.
More than 110+ organizations have joined forces to take part in the #RallyforAbortionJustice, organized by Women’s March, to show that Americans’ overwhelmingly support Roe v. Wade and that this is nothing more than another unacceptable Right Wing power grab to control the bodies, futures and lives of pregnant and birthing people.
To promote safety given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all actions will all take place outdoors, have a physical distancing plan, and attendees will be asked to wear masks.
