Sanctuary celebrates 30 years of protecting Florida Keys ecosystem

Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary will celebrate 30 years of resource protection and environmental stewardship on November 16. Throughout the month, the sanctuary’s Facebook and Twitter accounts are highlighting accomplishments in science, resource protection, and stewardship and providing opportunity for the community to comment on the impact the sanctuary has had protecting the unique marine ecosystem that drives the economy and the local way of life in the Florida Keys.
