RED BARN SEEKS BACKSTAGE HELP

Key West’s Red Barn Theatre is looking for a few good folks to help with their new 2023-24 season of four mainstage productions. They are looking for Stage Managers, Assistant Stage Managers, and Dressers.

Artistic Director Joy Hawkins hopes to fill the positions for multiple productions, beginning in December. Prior theater experience is preferred but not necessary. The Red Barn staff will train contracted candidates on the procedures and equipment used. All positions are paid, and rehearsals will begin in November.

“We hope to find folks we can work with this season and beyond,” Hawkins said. “We work hard but we also have a lot of fun. If you ever wanted to get involved with theater, this would be a great way to give it a go. Come join us.”
