Public Input on Workforce Housing

The City of Key West Planning Department is conducting two public input sessions regarding a potential amendment to the workforce housing land development regulations.

It includes amendments and new provisions related to residential inclusionary housing, commercial inclusionary housing, performance standard and dimensional criteria waivers, site linkage, definitions, and transfers of development rights.

City Planning Staff encourages the community’s participation and discussion at the following upcoming public input sessions to gain important feedback for the proposed code amendments.

Monday March 10th, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Monday, April 7th, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Both sessions will be held in the Commission Chambers of City Hall, 1300 White Street.
