POCO’s PAUL COTTON BAND – KICKS OFF NEW YEAR JAN. 20/21

For more than 40 years, singer-songwriter Paul  Cotton has blazed an unforgotten trail of terrific song composing, Legendary guitar and an incomparable voice as the Lead Singer & Lead Guitarist of the ‘Seminal  Country Rock band: POCO.

Composing and recording 24 Studio albums and featured  on an additional 25 Compilation releases, PAUL COTTON has been awarded multiple  Gold and Platinum Records. He has commendations, many accolades and was inducted to the Alabama Hall of Fame and Chicago TTHS Hall of  Fame in Chicago, And most recently inducted to the Colorado Music Hall of Fame with fellow band  members of Poco, and numerous other awards.

Globally known for his famous hits: ‘Heart of The Night’ ‘Bad Weather’ ‘Indian  Summer’ ‘Barbados’ ‘Under The Gun’, ‘Midnight Rain’ and numerous others, he penned a large percentage of  recorded songs by POCO during four decades.

Before joining POCO Paul was the co-founder  and driving force of The Illinois Speed Press with Blues great Kal David.  Originally hot from the Chicago music scene, together they released two Studio  albums and toured intensely to the delight of their  fans. Paul has authored four Solo CD’s of his  masterful compositions, and is currently debuting his 5th CD – 100% PAUL COTTON  released  late 2014.. PAUL COTTON  BAND’s live performances include Cotton’s original hit  songs from POCO including fan requested ‘Crazy Love’ and ‘Keep on Tryin’, Illinois Speed  Press( Bad Weather) , with a few tribute songs by founders Buffalo  Springfield.- Richie Furay/Jimmy Messina/Steven Stills/ Neil Young.
