New Paintings by Deborah Moore at Frangipani Jan 6

Frangipani Gallery is pleased to present new acrylic and watercolor paintings by Deborah Moore.  Come by 1102A Duval on Fri January 6, 6-9 PM during the upper Duval First Friday Art Stroll and meet Deb at the opening reception.  The show will be up through January.

For years Deb has been concentrating on watercolors, but in the past few months she has jumped back into acrylics, as they offer the bright colors she love and dry faster than oils.   Deb continues to paint the curiosities that she finds in Key West.  As a child growing up in her native North Carolina,  Deb enjoyed riding with her mother for hours and gazing at the landscapes and homes in the countryside, studying shadows and the characters of each.  She believes it has carried over into her artwork where she captures the uniqueness of each subject in her paintings.
