New Date for Southernmost Point Workshop

The City of Key West has rescheduled a meeting to discuss with the community the update of the Southernmost Point Plaza. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 25th at 5:30 p.m. in the City Manager’s Conference Room at City Hall, 1300 White Street.

This will be an opportunity for citizens to meet with City staff and consultants to share ideas for the future of the iconic plaza.

After damage to the seawall during Hurricane Ian, the Southernmost Point is due for some repair. In addition, this location is one of the most photographed spots on the island. This is the perfect time to update the area and make it more user friendly.

We encourage the community to come share your thoughts about the future of this historic corner of Key West.
