MONORE COUNTY VETERANS AFFAIRS PINS VIETNAM WAR VETERAN IN HIS HOME

MONROE COUNTY, FL – Monroe County Veterans Affairs had the honor of pinning Vietnam War Veteran Joe Rodriguez in recognition of National Vietnam War Veterans Day in his home. Rodriguez was unable to leave his home. He proudly served in Pleiku, Vietnam in the U.S. Army with Charlie Company 20th Engineer Battalion from 1968 to 1969.

“Mr. Rodriguez and all our Vietnam War Veterans have our eternal gratitude for their service to our nation in a time of war,” said James Carey, Monroe County Veterans Affairs Deputy Director.
