Man arrested for sexual abuse of a minor

A 30-year-old Key West man was arrested Tuesday for inappropriately touching and exposing himself to a minor.

Michael Ray Fletchall was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior and indecent exposure.

Fletchall admitted taking an inappropriate picture of him touching the 8-year-old victim that was found on his cell phone.
