31 year old Ira Kawzinsky was charged Thursday with burglary of a car belonging to his girlfriend’s mother. The incident took place the night of November 2, 2016. The victim found her 1997 Ford Escort the next day with the driver’s side window smashed and trunk pried open. The trunk contained a lock box with cash, jewelry and hydrocodone inside.
