Mallory RFPs and Walk-Throughs

The City of Key West Planning Department has issued three requests for proposal seeking partners to lease and revitalize four separate historic structures at Mallory Square:  the cable huts, the Hospitality House, and 402 Wall Street.

All bids and proposals must be received no later than 3 p.m. on Monday, May 5th.

Walk-throughs of the spaces are scheduled as follows:

  • 402 Wall Street Site Walkthrough: April 15, 2025, at 1 p.m.
    Location: 431 Wall Street, Key West, FL 33040
  • Hospitality House Site Walkthrough: April 16, 2025, at 9 a.m.
    Location: 10 Mallory Square, Key West, FL 33040
  • Cable Huts Site Walkthrough: April 16, 2025, at 9 a.m. (immediately following the Hospitality House walkthrough)
    Location: 10 Mallory Square, Key West, FL 33040

This is phase one of the Mallory Square Master Plan, which aims to make the best use of this iconic public space. The master plan is the result of extensive community participation through surveys, public workshops, and stakeholder meetings. The response of the community has coalesced into a phased master plan that addresses seating, landscape, paving, shade, circulation, programming, and more.
