Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden is Open with Free Admission

KEY WEST, Florida Keys – The Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden is happy to announce its reopening at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 7th.

This historic, rare ecosystem provides a safe and educational alternative through these trying times.  There are 15 acres of native garden and forest to explore on the six to ten foot-wide trails.   Visitors have plenty of room for social distancing, walking your dogs, and breathing the fresh air under a magnificent open sky in the company of abundant native flora and fauna.  This outdoor refuge is the antidote to the corona virus blues.  The month of May is a glorious month with native plants in bloom and plenty of birds and butterflies as part of Mother Nature’s annual migration wonder.

Safe Distancing protocols will be in effect.  The Garden is there to be your sanctuary 7 days per week from 10am to 4pm with free admission.  Be Safe, Be Well.

The Garden is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation located at 5210 College Road on Stock Island.  For more information call 305-296-1504 or visit www.keywest.garden.
