The week’s big civic event, and the Grand Tasting at the Key West Theater is its center: distillers pouring across the room, with Ian Burrell, Jeff “Beachbum” Berry and Ed Hamilton around all week teaching classes and joining the Thursday RUMposium luncheon.

Two ticketed concerts sit inside it at the Theater, Cliff Cody and Sharese on Friday and Jesse Rice on Saturday. Friday’s doors are at 7 p.m. On Saturday the music starts at 7 with Berkley Lindley, then Dawson Wright, then Jesse Rice at 8:05.

Several of the pool parties and the Sunday send-off are free.
