Key West Farmers Market Teams Up With RWO Vendor Village

The Truman Waterfront Market, Key West’s weekly farmers market, is teaming up with Race World Offshore for the Thursday, November 7 show. Power boats are already occupying the outer mole by the USS Ingham museum getting ready for the races which start Wednesday. The market, for this week only, will take place in the grass by the splash park. Vehicle parking will be extremely limited so guests are encouraged to ride bikes or take the free Duval Loop Bus which conveniently stops at the end of Southard Street.

Some of the market vendors will stay over for the RWO Vendor Village which takes place Friday – Sunday 9 am to 5 pm in the same location. Vendor Village will offer concessions including fresh seafood caught locally, paella, Clemente’s Trolley pizzeria, burgers & brats, bar-b-que, exotic fruit & smoothies and a full bar from 801 Burbon. Merchandise vendors include apparel & beach wear, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, CBD products, jewelry, straw hats, Keys artists & makers and several local non-profit organizations. Race goers are invited to come hang out before and after the race heats on Friday and Sunday or anytime. Saturday the racers take a break so the Village is the place to be. The outdoor venue will feature a bar, music, driver’s autograph session, the 1st Annual Race World Offshore Key West Boat Building Contest and Race and much more exciting activities. Both markets are free and open to the public.
