Key West Chamber of Commerce presents Conflict Resolution seminar

The Key West Chamber of Commerce wants to help local business owners, employers and workers learn to “work it out.”

Renowned facilitator and author Elisa Levy will present, on behalf of the Chamber, a seminar entitled Conflict Resolution Skills. The seminar will take place from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 26th at the Doubletree Grand Key Resort.

  • Use a three-step technique to negotiate with co-workers and customers to solve problems more effectively
  • Manage emotions that often come up around conflict
  • Mediate conflicts between employees and others
  • Prevent future conflicts by putting follow-up plans in place
