I Love Stock Island Holiday Lighting Ceremony Set for Sunday, November 26

Join the fisherman, businesses and Stock Island community as we kickoff and celebrate the season with a holiday tree lighting ceremony Sunday, November 26. Lobster traps recovered from hurricane Irma by local fisherman have been collected and used to construct a one-of-a-kind festive trap tree at the corner of Maloney Avenue and 4thStreet. The structure will be decorated with hundreds of lights and recycled trap buoys painted by Stock Island artists. The ceremony, which begins at sunset, will offer a chance to socialize over light refreshments and beverages.
