The genius of Tennessee Williams, one of America’s greatest playwrights and thirty-four year resident of Key West, was recognized with multiple literary awards throughout his long career, including two Pulitzers and the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Replicas of these and other awards are currently on display at the permanent Tennessee Williams Exhibit, 513 Truman Avenue, Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admittance is free; donations welcome.
