Four cited in fish case

Four South Florida anglers were given mandatory notice to appear in court citations Saturday after they were found to be in possession of a litany of illegal fish. Those cited were:

• Courtney Anthony Harris, 46, of Miami Gardens

• Patrick Shawn Wiseman, 49, of Lauderhill

• Lilliam Raquel Noguera, 41, of Miramar

• Nakia Jaime Oshea Smith, 40, of Margate

Upper Keys Deputy Jason Farr was on patrol on Ocean Bay Drive in Key Largo at approximately 10:30 a.m. when he performed a resource check on a group of four anglers. None of the four people claimed ownership of the fish, so all four were each cited for:

• 31 over-the-aggregate-limit for snapper

• 31 over-the-limit for mangrove snapper

• 26 undersized mangrove snapper

• Four undersized schoolmaster snapper

• One undersized mutton snapper

In addition to the above citations: Harris was cited with possession of a parrot fish/not kept alive, Wiseman was cited with fishing with a revoked fishing license, and Smith was cited for having no fishing license.
