Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary will hold an advisory council meeting at Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, Florida, at 9 a.m. on Feb. 18, 2019. The meeting is open to the public.

With the Restoration Blueprint public comment period closed, the primary focus will be identifying priority issues for making recommendations to NOAA for creation of a draft rule. Advisory council members will also receive an update on the sanctuary’s consultation with governmental agencies and a presentation on the Monroe County Tourist Development Council’s sustainability campaign. General public comment will be taken at 4 p.m.
