FKHSC Invites Public to Annual Luncheon and Quarterly Meeting

MONROE COUNTY – The Florida Keys Healthy Start Coalition (FKHSC) will hold their Annual Luncheon to honor their volunteers, celebrate last year’s accomplishments and share their plans for the future.  This year’s honorees are Paula Muehlhauser, Volunteer of the Year; Alison Morales Kerr, Community Partner of the Year; and The Sunshine Grill, Business Partner of the Year.

The luncheon will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, 12:00 noon, at Beachside Marriott, 3841 N Roosevelt Blvd, Key West. Tickets for the luncheon are $32 and may be reserved by calling 305-293-8424, or purchased online at KeysHealthyStart.org/News/.  Reserved tickets may be paid for with cash or check the day of the luncheon.

Prior to the luncheon, the quarterly Coalition and Board meeting will be held from 10 am – 12 pm, at the same location.  Anyone with an interest in maternal and child health is welcome to attend.

The Coalition works to promote the health and well being of all pregnant women, infants and young children within the Florida Keys.  Through partnerships with both the private and public sector, we serve families before, during and after pregnancy. Our philosophy is that every baby deserves a healthy start.

The quarterly meeting is open to the public and free of charge; luncheon tickets are $32.  Please RSVP for either one to the Florida Keys Healthy Start Coalition at (305)293-8424.  If you need accommodations to participate, call Rebecca at 305-293-8424 or email [email protected] at least 5 days in advance of the meeting to make your request.
