FKCC to Graduate Spring Class of 2019

 Florida Keys Community College will hold its fifty-ninth Commencement Exercises for the graduating Spring Class of 2019 on Friday, May 3 at 6:30 p.m. in the Tennessee Williams Theatre on the Key West Campus.  The College is slated to award degrees and certificates to 86 graduates this spring semester.  The event will be streamed live on FKCC’s Facebook page.

Freediving champion, conservationist, and television personality Mehgan Heaney-Grier will deliver the Keynote Address to the class and graduate Gavin Bosco, who is earning dual degrees in diving and marine engineering as well as two diving certificates, will present the Student Address.  The graduates will also hear from the 2019 Distinguished Alumnus, Mike Puto, one of FKCC’s first students when the College was established in 1965.
