Five Arrested on Drug Charges

On December 19th,  the Key West Police Department Special Investigations Unit executed a search warrant at 3700 Pearlman Court. The search warrant was obtained after the police department initiated an investigation with the assistance of the Key West Police Criminal Investigations Unit and Homeland Security Investigations.

During a search of the residence, detectives and special agents found  over eight grams of LSD, 0.8 grams of MDMA or molly, 0.1 grams of powder cocaine, 14.6 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 68.2 grams of marijuana, and 119.6 grams of marijuana in the form of wax. They also located items of drug paraphernalia, including digital scales with drug residue, bags for the packaging of narcotics, and numerous smoking pipes with drug residue. The Key West Police Department Special Investigations Unit also seized almost $4,000 in US currency which are suspected proceeds from narcotics sales. Detectives arrested the 5 occupants from the residence.

Charles Dale Perry, 58, was charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Perry is also a documented sexual offender.

Jordyn Rae Perry, 30, was charged with trafficking LSD, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to package.

Guy Robert Sextro, 35, was charged with trafficking LSD, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to package.

Christian Kelley Zack, 25, was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kenneth Lee Nealy, 44, was charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
