First State Bank Congratulates Cruz on Promotion

First State Bank of the Florida Keys congratulates Lucy Cruz on her promotion to Vice President, Compliance Officer.

Cruz joined First State Bank in 2007 as Compliance Officer, and then in 2009 was promoted to Assistant Vice President.

Cruz has over twenty-five years of banking experience and has held a variety of positions including: Staff Accountant, Assistant Vice President and Domestic Operations/Network Administrator, Portfolio Servicing Manager and Assistant Vice President of Lending Administration.
