Cuban Grown Coffee Served at Coffee Plantation at no charge

The Coffee Plantation is proud to serve the first Cuban grown coffee on Saturday the 18th of February at the Coffee Plantation, 713  Caroline Street.

The owner of the Coffee Plantation, Theo Glorie, has returned from Cuba with his first batch of coffee beans he hopes to share, free of charge, with his Key West customers.  This promises to be an historic coffee moment on Saturday the 18th, the coffee pot starts brewing at 11 am. Theo has been traveling to Cuba to establish a business relationship with the Cuban government officials in order to import organic coffee beans grown in Cuba for the American market.
The event will be held simultaneously with a fundraiser to benefit the village of Baracoa, Cuba. The village Baracoa was destroyed by Hurricane Matthew in the fall of 2016, 100% of the proceeds of a Cuban art auction, and Cuban Cigar auction will go to the villagers of this unfortunate town
The Coffee Plantation is located on Caroline street at the Historic seaport, we start pouring our Cuban coffee at 11:00am till 1:00pm or, until the coffee runs out.
