Computer or cell phone not doing well? Give Computer Doctor a call

The doctor is in!
In an increasing digitized and interconnected world, most people could really use a good, reliable computer expert to get them through the technology issues that invariably seem to arise.
Computer Doctor, located at 1720 North Roosevelt Blvd., may be just that light in the storm.
The business has been growing strong in town since 2010 and offers a comprehensive range of services.
Besides repairing and upgrading both Mac and PC computers, they can design a network for home or business, fix cell phones and iPads, de-bug and recover important data from electronic devices, and much, much more.
“Business to business systems is a large part of what we do,” said owner/manager Beth Smith-Martin. “We can install, upgrade or manage local networks for small and medium-sized businesses, and we support POS systems for food, beverage, and retail companies. We can also implement and support reservation systems for lodging and tourist activity providers here in the Keys. Among our clients are also healthcare, education, non-profit, religious, and government agencies.”
Computer Doctor’s four full-time employees also provide individualized tech support, tutorials and training, as well as tech concierge services to Monroe County residents – and guests.”
“Our techs are friendly, patient, and really smart,” Smith-Martin said. “And whatever the job is that we’re working on, they all pull together as a team, and jump in with their area of expertise where the situation calls for it.”
The company’s commitment to quality work and “on call” emergency, and walk-in/drop-off service has earned them a loyal following among area residents and businesses.
Besides many individuals in town, the company counts businesses such as Ambrosia, Antonia’s, and The Restaurant Store are among their regular client list.
“We did one job recently that saved the client between $50,000 and $80,000,” Smith-Martin said. “And most of our customers come to us through word of mouth, which is a really good feeling for us.”
Computer Doctor is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday 10 a.m-2 p.m.
