Clerk to re-open office counter service on June 1, 2020

The Monroe County Clerk of Courts and Comptroller, Kevin Madok, announces the resumption of in person services to the public on June 1, 2020.

All patrons will be required to wear a face covering to enter the building and will be required to maintain proper social distancing.

Marriage license services will no longer be limited to the Marathon location.  Full marriage license services, including ceremonies, will resume at all three locations, including the Plantation Key and Key West offices.

For those patrons wishing to limit their interactions, the drop box options will still be available.
