Are you familiar with or a devotee of homeopathic medicine?
According to Google, Homeopathic medicine is an alternative medical system developed in the late 1700s, based on two core concepts: “Like cures like” (a substance causing symptoms can treat similar symptoms) and the law of “minimum dose”(the more diluted a substance the more potent it is) thereby triggering the body’s natural healing process.
Does it work? Who knows? Why not!
Anyway, Arnica is a homeopathic gel which I use daily for whatever ails me. It is manufactured by Boiron, a French company.
The label says it is made from Arnica montana fresh whole plant and states: Claims based on traditional homeopathic practice, not accepted medical evidence. Not FDA evaluated.
Nonetheless, I believe it works, as advertised, to relieve inflammation, muscle pain and stiffness and, especially, bruising symptoms such as swelling and discoloration.
Try it. You just might like it!
