The Key West Sports Academy Cheerleading and Dance teams competed in Orlando

The Key West Sports Academy Cheerleading and Dance teams competed in the American Open National Cheer and Dance Competition in Orlando, FL this past weekend. The Youth Dazzle Dance Team brought home two 1st place medals in both the Jazz & Lyrical Duo divisions while the Tiny Dazzle Dance team took 1st place in the Jazz division, making both dance teams the National Champions!

In Cheer our Twistars Tiny Twinkles took 1st place becoming the National Champions while our Twistars Youth Sparkles Cheer team took 2nd place becoming the Silver National Champions!

The American Open is a 2 day competition that has over 300 teams from 100 different gyms nationwide competing against each other. Thanks to our coaches Grace Bleil, Ashlyn Cockrell, Karen Ruiz & Suzanne Wilbarger for your guidance. We are very proud of our athletes & congratulations to all!
