CRANE POINT PRESENTS “ASTRONOMY TONIGHT” PROGRAM

Marathon, FL (December 3, 2015) – Crane Point Museum & Nature Center presents a new “Astronomy Tonight” program beginning January 5th, 2016.

The Cosmology and Astrophotography class helps participants understand the vastness of our universe, the theories of how it all began and how it might end. Participants will also learn how to capture images of objects we see in the night sky through cellphones and cameras. All participants will receive a cellphone adaptor to connect to telescopes or binoculars. Cost is $100 if registered by December 31st and $125 after December 31st. Astronomy Classes make a great Christmas gift.

Classes will be held in the Cracker House located on Crane Point property 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. each Tuesday for four weeks. Entrance to the Cracker House is located on the right-of-way near the center of the property. Look for the sign.
