13th Annual FKSPCA Spring Social Goes Live
KEY WEST, Florida Keys — The Florida Keys SPCA’s annual Spring Social, traditionally its largest event of the year —and, as the name implies, held in the spring—celebrates its 13th event in winter this year, taking place Friday, November 6, and offered as a virtual experience, with a special welcome by superstar singer and animal lover Josh Groban.
Presented by Hank’s Hair of the Dog Saloon and kicking off at 6pm, the online event promises an evening of fun and entertainment for a great cause, with local radio personality Rude Girl as MC, and featuring guest appearances by local talent powerhouses such as journalist and comedian Gwen Filosa, comedian Stephanie Kaple, Bingo Queen QMitch, Fantasy Fest Queen Bernadette Restivo and a ‘celebrity’ lineup of adorable adoptable animals.
Highlighting the event is a 500+ item Silent Auction treasure trove, available through an online bidding platform and featuring tempting goodies donated by Keys community businesses. A matching donation segment sponsored by Tito’s Vodka will be specially dedicated to monetary donations that contribute directly to the daily care and needs of FKSPCA animals.
