Woman Found Dead in Water

Key West Police Detectives are investigating the death of a woman found floating in the water off North Roosevelt Blvd. at around 3:30 Tuesday afternoon. A runner spotted her off the seawall across from the 24 North Hotel.

The woman was identified as 30-year old Jennifer Helen Tracy Jacelon of Key West.

No foul play is suspected, and the investigation continues.
