Woman arrested for drugs

A 39-year-old Key West, Florida woman was arrested Monday for cocaine and marijuana following a traffic stop on U.S. 1.

Cristie Ramirez was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ramirez was stopped in a Mitsubishi SUV near 11th Street in Marathon at approximately 11:52 p.m. for having no license plate. There was an odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle.

Approximately 2.1 grams of crack cocaine, .6 grams of powder cocaine, three grams of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia was found.
