Waterfront Winter Wonderland to feature thrilling rides, ice-skating, Santa Claus and a rocking holiday roster of nightly musical entertainment
Live music events begin after dark and include Meghan Barter’s “A Pop Christmas,” Larry Smith & Channing’s Holiday Jazz Band, the Jerico Rockabilly Holiday Band, Mike Stack and DLew, Bria Ansara, Belle Jampol and Sam Carlson, and other local favorites, including popular tune spinners DJ Sanaris, DJ Jimmy Cooper, and DJ Chaka.
From 4:00-6:00pm each day, Santa Claus will be at the amphitheater to personally greet and consult with both the nice and the naughty. Kids can also deliver their Christmas wish lists to Santa via a Key West to North Pole mailbox available from opening until closing each day.
Located at 21 Quay Rd. at the Truman Waterfront in Key West, and open from 4:00-10:00pm Dec. 13-23 and 26-28, adults and children can delight in sparkling holiday light displays, inflatable snow globes, skating on an ice-skating rink, and carnival rides including an exquisite carousel, carousel swings, a giant Ferris Wheel, and a dizzying scrambler.
Other activities and diversions include photo stops and selfie stations, a craft tent for kids, daily “snow” flurries, food and artisan vendors, holiday markets, and more.
General admission is $10; free for children age 5 and under. A wristband for unlimited rides and skating is $35 per person per day, or tickets for each activity can be purchased separately. Waterfront Winter Wonderland is presented in part by Rams Head Presents, We’ve Got the Keys, and the Monroe County Tourist Development Council.
