Wanted Man Arrested in Key West
Key West Police Special Investigations Unit Detectives have arrested a Virginia man wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and firing a weapon.
The Key West Police Department received information regarding a wanted subject staying in the City of Key West. Patrol officers searched for the subject, who was thought to be transported in a black Audi 4-door sedan.
Thursday morning patrol officers located the vehicle in the parking lot of the Courtyard Marriott on North Roosevelt Blvd. Special Investigations Unit Detectives were called in to assist with surveillance. As detectives and officers waited for the wanted subject. He appeared from a hotel room and sat in the suspect car. Detectives and officers converged and arrested Carson Andrew Robert Scott Beale, 27, without incident. He was transported to the Monroe County Detention Center where he is being held on $300,000 bond.
