Virtual Public Comment Session Set for Tuesday

NOAA’s Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary will hold a virtual public comment session on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, providing the first opportunity for oral comment on the sanctuary’s proposed rule, also known as Restoration Blueprint. Registration is required for the three-hour online session, which will allow each speaker three-minutes of oral comment that will be transcribed into the official record. As many as 40 have already registered for the event. Information on future in-person public comment sessions and links for commenting electronically through regulations.gov are available at the dedicated Restoration Blueprint webpage: www.FloridaKeys.noaa/gov/blueprint.  An informed comment is the most effective comment, and a summary copy of the recent virtual Q&A session is attached.
